I've never really been weight conscious in the sense that I felt like I was fat (I've struggled more with feeling too thin) but man... I'm getting older and my metabolism isn't at its prime anymore. I need to be more active for the sake of my health.
I have Wednesdays off so it's a chance for me to catch up on sleep, go for a nice jog/walk by the beach, clean, study (or at least start the day with intentions of doing so), run errands, and have my iTunes on full blast. The rest of the week flies by once Wednesday comes along.
